Just a rule change is all that is needed for 2 strokes to make their derserved comeback.

Peruse the GNCC 250 class results. Outdoor MX's closest cousin has got it together. Virtual privateers beating factory efforts.

If you guys want to see the TM/YZ/KTM 250's with the 250 shootouts.. you have to send them letters and request it. I have. I stated that with off roading events and amatuer MX, the two & four strokes are run together and I'd like to find out the "experts" opinions on how the newer two strokes stack up against the F's.

Whining on motodrive won't accomplish much.

well appearantly four stokes work, because that is what everyone rides. sure maybe 2-strokes are good for someone who rides trails on the weekends or fare races, but not for racing in pros or top ameture level. They aren't that bad to ride every once in a while for fun thought, but i prefer me a four stroke.

This is starting to get good! Doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with a double displacement advantage.......

Yeah, its called the Big 4.

It makes you wonder why they say anything at all about how much a 2-stroke is better than a 4-stroke, if it's going to cost them advertising.

Straddle the fence by talking about how much better the smoker is and you keep the "core" readers and all the while keep talking about how good the new machines are in the Shootouts.....keeps the money coming in on both sides of that fence.
J&D has hit the nail on the head in that MXA don't care about you or what's best for you. They are in business to make money from advertising. Used car salesmen!

All the while completely disregarding the threat from the lead law against the last true market for 2-strokes. That's the one that really blows me away. I see DC doing something about it, how about this core 2-stroke movement? Have any of these goofballs written their rep to ask for an exemption on motorcycles?
What does the lead law have anything to do with 2 strokes???The whole lead thing was brought up from all the four stroke playbikes that are made in china and from the cable operated brake cables in the japanese fourstroke play bikes.
But whoa we cant have a 2 stroke racing bike because of all the fourstroke playbikes have lead in there cables..damn fourstrokes.
