Hey guys I was wondering if any of the industry posters on this board had any information or possibilities for internships this summer. I am a member on Motorcycle Industry Jobs and the job fair is going on now, but all they are really offering is full time gigs. I've been searching online for the last 5 or 6 months and only came up with a few companies who offered them. I realize living in Illinois there isn't much opportunity in the motocross industry but I am willing to relocate in order to persue my dreams. Does anybody know of any teams or companies that need help this summer at the nationals? I am willing and able to do just about anything. I know half the people on this board have tried getting into the industry just like I am and realize how hard it is unless you know someone. Any help or information that could get me going would be greatly appreciated.

I know at one point EVS was accepting resumes for internships. I would suggest going to amateur and pro nationals close to your area (or wherever you're willing to go) and simply go around to different companies and vendors and talk to them. I would venture to guess that if an experienced college grad with a passion for motocross approached a company with an interest in helping in order to gain experience, they would probably consider offering a part-time position. Moreover, if you've been on here long enough you would know that a reputable company and all around great guy is a brand manager operates in Illinois. Christophe Favro of RXR Protect, aka Shenzi. Send him a message and perhaps he'll be able to help you or maybe point you in the right direction.
