You say Stewart can't finish a race but then use only a portion of the season to point out your reasoning.
This is as dumb as it gets.
3 round s left.
Stewart could win 7 rounds

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
His crashes at Daytona and Jacksonville affected the results of the following weeks as well with him not being able to ride for 2 out of 3 weeks. That affected his ability to be at the top of his game. Look at how much it affected Reed last week.
Like 2thefront said, if he gets a bad start its a lot harder to come through the pack now and still win.
I love to hate the guy but what he did at Daytona was nothing less than impressive. But I still can't understand how he let that huge lead go... I guess the light that burns twice as bright, burns twice as fast.
Some of you need to take this whole fastest thing and stick it where the sun dont shine!
You guys come on here and say this or that guy was the fastest who gives a F***.
10 Years from know are you still going to be debating this same damn topic.
I would bet money that you get the top guys in this sport and ask them if they could do the stuff that JS7 does and they will tell you hell yes.
Then follow it up with is it worth the risk and they will tell you hell no.
What is it that JS7 does that makes him SO much more talented that RV, RD, CR, KW, TC ???
I was there last weekend and I didnt see any superhuman things that he did or anyone else for that matter.
Hell just last week there was a thread on here about TC being the king of the Bubba Scrub.
And this whole logic BS about lap times just to justify your love for a racer saying he was the fastest? WTF Your gonna sit there and tell me that if we called up RC and asked him with no holding back could he of matched JS7 lap times (although he is to humble to ever come out and say it) he would say yes but he would be in the dirt alot more just like JS7.
I would bet money that if JS7 rode the 16 round series and averaged the same amount of crashes as his competitors his lap times would be slower. But he doesnt he rides balls to the walls and it bites him. But hey according to James he is going to go out and give it a 100% but you would think that at some point using his head would factor into that equation.
Last time I checked a race consisted of a green flag(gate drop) and a checkered flag and the man that gets to that checkered flag first was the FASTEST man of the day!!!
And they dont give trophys for tastest lap in sx last time I checked....
For those who hadn't heard, the first double jump out of that corner had a small lip before the larger jump face that gave most riders the jump to clear the double. In the first 250 timed practice sections a lot of lites riders were struggling to clear this double. Most riders would come out of the corner and wheely over the first lip, and drive off the second, larger jump to clear the double.
When the 450s came out in practice riders were using the same strategy of getting the front wheel over the first lip. All of the sudden James Stewart comes hauling out of that turn during the first times session and basically launches as hard as he can off the FIRST lip, wheel taps the big second lip and clears the double in literally half the time. It was amazing! He did the obstacle like that 3 times during the practice, with ease every time. If you had taken a closer look at that jump you would have seen how freakin crazy it was.
That same obstacle ended up causing Malcom Stewart to go down really hard. From the looks of the endo, he was attempting a similar strategy that Bubba was using, but it went terribly wrong. Kind of interesting that the Stewart brothers showed us how fast it is possible to clear the jump, and also how big the consequences of messing it up are.
Stewart commented that he was bummed they changed the track to take out that first lip probably partially because his bro crashed on it!
Anyway, James was amazing to watch the whole night in St. Louis, when he uncorked the triple triple on the second lap of the main my jaw literally dropped. I really wish they would have shown it better on TV. The next couple laps before Dungey went for the 3/3 Stewart was absolutely yarding him. I give huge props to Dungey for stepping up, it is crazy when those guys bust out a jump they haven't done all day during the main event.
Im pretty sure that none of the following statements after my post did nothing to ruin my theory. If anything they backed it up!!!
Pit Row
And if you want to take it as a personal attack on ya go ahead wasnt meant to be.
But I will say that there are plenty of them that put him on a pedistal and try to justify that he is the only one capable of doing the things he does.
You sure don't have to root for James, but lets be honest here, at this point in time he has more racing credentials than any of his competition.
