Good interview by Reed, thats about as real as it gets. After listening to James's interview, I got the impression that James was trying to portion some of the blame on that crash to Chad by saying "I think he heard me coming and started to move across". I hope I heard that wrong.

yeah... he said that reed was coming over like he was trying to cut him off?

reed was taking the obvious line through the end of the whoops into the corner, so i hope he was saying something different.

i really disliked chad for many years. this year is different. i hope he sticks around for a couple more years.

He should have said the truth. I was way out of control in the whoops. Don't mention that you thought Chad was moving over because that is totally irrelevant. Chad manned up and said..hey if I wouldn't of made a mistake in the previous section I wouldn't of been in this situation. He said he fucked up....why can't James say that?

He said he swapped out...he also said (jokingly) he didn't remember exactly what happened with that one as he swapped so many times he couldn't keep track.

That's admitting you fucked up in my book. Or does he have to say fuck twice like Reedy for it to be "cool" with you guys?

To each his own on the mention of Reed coming over, I think it was just an explanation of how he ended up slamming into the side of him.

Skidsteer...it's not the cussing, it's Chad's not blaming anybody but himself. James (and almost all the other riders) will say I messed up but with there were lappers...he moved over..brake checked and on and on. Just refreshing to hear a rider not make ANY excuses.

Seriously though, I believe that is the first time vulgar like that has made it out to the public. I like the heat of the moment stuff like that and no holding back. Really shows the raw emotion.

How can you not love this guy? Look at where he was in December and look at where he is now. I hope he takes the title this year. He's out there on the track because this is what he loves to do. How many other top guys would start up their own team in December and be in his position with 4 races to go?
