Lawrence will have to prove himself again this summer......it's gonna be easy to quit and blame the bike and blame an injury or whatever since he know's and we know we won't be able to stick our fork's in to him until next season.

No championship winner get's forked during the very next championship series so he has a window.

Anything out of the top 5 for Lawrence is a poor showing right now but the podium will be tough with Stroup Dungey and Villopoto clogging it up........and Lawrence will never beat Dungey straight up....Dungey will never allow it and neither will Villopoto. They'd jump off a bridge before they let that happen.

That's all we have to go on for now.

I think Stroupe is blazing fast outdoors, he showed that last year. And Dungey proved to be the equal of Lawrence as well. He finished 10 points behind Lawrence but missed 3 races to Lawrence's 2.

Nothing there should give a rational person the idea that "JLaw straight shits on Dungey and Stroupe".

I'm pretty sure that Dungey "straight shit" on Lawrence more than once last year.

Uh so? Last time I checked the nationals were a completely different type of racing. Dungey didn't win the SX title last year either. I don't doubt Lawrence will be up front, but he's not going to go dominate on people like you guys with his nuts in your mouth think he will.

By the way, winning by 3 points isn't "owning."

J-Lawless will battle but not be a title contender outdoors. Stroupe, RV, Canard, Dungey, Helper, and Grant will make it tough when you don't get a good start.

We got 6 or more legit title contenders and people are bitching? Think about it, if each of these 6 riders won 2 overalls, thats all 12 races. When was the last time we had a series that had so much depth, that a rider could win a title with maybe 2-3 overall wins instead of 6-7? This big picture looks real interesting.

I think Jason has made enough statements this year.. on and off the track.. he has nothing to prove, and doesn't care what RV thinks. LoL
i think he does ... he has to prove he can beat RV. not an easy task...

I know 3 things about Jason
1 He is one funny kid at a party
2 Ryan hughes has a very low opinion of him
3 He will be know were near the front outdoors.

I believe # 1

Don't doubt # 2

And feel # 3 requires a little more work than winning an outdoor title. He will actually have to string together, two 35 minute motos in one day. He's fast granted, but strong...I think not.

eurohero's right. it should be a great season.

contenders: rv, r2d2, jlaw, canard

spoiler: stroupe

pretenders: grant, hepler, & the rest of the field.

imo, stroupe is still too young and if grant or hepler havent done it by now, they wont. i hope pc gets shut out and dungey takes it home.
