Several weeks ago, my wife ordered some clothes from Motocross Giant. She ordered her a couple of T-shirts, me a couple of T-shirts, a DVD, and 3 shirts for my son. Ten days later we had heard absolutely nothing from them. So I called them. I was told that 2 of the 3 youth t-shirts were out of stock, one of which was discontinued. I asked why I was not notified and the guy was apologetic and offered to let me pick out some that were in stock and overnight them to me. So we did. The next day I got one t-shirt instead of 3 and it wasn't one that we had ever ordered and was the wrong size. So I called back up there. They were completely unwilling to make up for any errors. Finally, they agreed to let me try to pick out ones in stock again and they would ship them ASAP. After I picked them out I was told that they would ship on Saturday. Still no shirts and DVD today. So I called yet again. They didn't ship the t-shirts until yesterday and just forgot to put in the DVD. And they refused to ship it to me, instead wanting to credit me the cost of the DVD. Motocross Giant is apparently a bunch of misguided hacks who could care less about customer service. Just thought I would let everyone know!

I didn't have very good experiences with them either. My wife got me a gift card for them (no idea why she picked them, I never shopped there). I tried to order some gear with it over the phone with them, but everything i wanted they said they didnt have in stock, even though it said "available" on their site. I tried several more times over the next year with the same results.

Finally last year I was in the Valley and dropped into their storefront in Canoga park. A whole bunch of WTF there too; from walking in and not being able to find an employee for 15 minutes to dealing with them for a half hour while they tried to figure out how to redeem my gift card.

There's almost no reason not shop at Motosport.com, unless you're in a spot and they happen not to have stock.

Now that you've brought up ToneLocMX, why are there posts on the homepage that look like editorial and turn out to be advertising. Isn't that just spam? I don't mind ads, I used to sell ad space at Hi-Torque when the crust of the earth was still cooling, so I understand the need for advertising. I just don't like the "Advertorial" posts that are really spam. Makes me want to avoid all the ads, quite frankly.
