Haven't read much about it, but was she clinically pronounced dead at any point? Could she potentially walk away after this failure? I know she's got a long road to recovery, and she's a POS, but just curious.
She wasn’t clinically pronounced dead from what I’ve read. She was in serious condition in the hospital, but now she is awake and talking. I don’t think she can walk free. If anything, life in prison, but too many want her executed for the gruesome murder she committed.
I think the Doctor the next morning said they (all women team) missed the vein and injected it into her muscle. In my opinion they should have used one of the other chick's exercise bands while snoozing.

I don't understand why it is so hard to kill somebody by lethal injection.
