I ran the numbers and 695 different riders matched up with Eli Tomac in SX mains, MX overalls, and SMX overalls over the course of his whole career. Roczen (275), Barcia (275), and Anderson (269) are the three riders with the most races against Tomac. Roczen tied Barcia for the most in Tomac's last ever appearance in Ridgedale last weekend.
I built a sortable and searchable table of all 695 riders on my website along with a brief history of Roczen, Anderson, and Barcia's first and last meetings with Tomac.

That is super cool!! I have to say that even though the numbers are a tie, when I think who "raced Eli the most," I think Kenny is my clear pick for that distinction given how many close battles and championships they fought for. He and Eli have been at the pinnacle together for a long time.

Cool Stats. I think it was on gypsy where he was asked who he thinks his biggest rivalry and most battles where with and he said Roczen. Interesting that Barcia is up there too but I guess not at the front the whole time for true battling.
