Not many people expected Reed to be doing this well this season. The win 2 weeks ago, the almost win last week, and the fact that he was disappointed with a 2nd last night dosent bode well for the competition. A confident Reed is a nightmare for anybody. Carmichael said it himself last night "You dont want to let him get any confidence". Looks like Reed got his MOJO back. Rest of the pack better be doing their homework!

I agree, and the others (perhaps RV the exception) seem to be on the edge, I see a lot of ragged riding that Stewart is doing, seems to be right on the limit on the Yammie...but only they know, we only see what we see.

This is a awesome season, lets hope that no one gets injured so that it continues!!!

I am not a fan of Reed at all but he is looking fast and confident. I bet he is glad he decided not to retire, it would have been a waste. It almost seems weird for anyone running at that level to even consider retirement.

Seriously? This is the stupidest post I've read here in a long time.

As far as the topic, yes Reed is confident. He started slow last night, but once he got going he cut a 14-15 second lead down to 6.5 (or so from what I remember). Not a bad ride at all. Everyone is asking whether or not Bubba can make up his 23 points... I say Reed makes up 24 points on RV first.

Reed might be confident, but Stewart was handing EVERYONE their asses at Daytona. Reminded me of his 125 days. Too bad he couldn't run the pace of the guy out front........oh, wait....

He seriously took himself out of that one as he had them covered like nobodies business.
