Definitely overshadowed by the recent big names retiring, just want to ensure we recognize this incredibly talented rider from Michigan, Mr. Marshall Weltin. Great dude, ground it out in the pro ranks for twelve (12) hard years. Gonna miss this cat, simply a great dude, lots of fun to be around.

I will second that. Marsh did it the hard way but still got to live his dream. I'll miss the candor in his interviews, he's always good for a laugh and some perspective. Well done on a solid career Marshal!
Him dropping the Twisted Tea girl in the kiddies wading pool was pretty funny
So what new training facility is he supposed to be working at?
Came and did some GP's too, got his feet wet everywhere.
Enjoy the next phase.

Really nice guy, good luck Marshal
Respect for many reasons but super cool he was one of the only Americans to race over in the GP’s, hope kicking the feet up feels better than you ever expected Marshal
he did really well in Europe. It was a shame that the age rule made it impossible for him to stay here. Great career!
Yeah i always thought he did much better in the GP paddock compared to the American paddock. I guess the tracks probably suited his riding style a bit better.
He had some stout results in SX and MX with mostly finishes in the teens and some top tens sprinkled in there too. 250 and 450.
