Who's gonna break the story on this situation? MXA? Racer X? Larry Brooks press conference ? James Stewart?

Any guesses?

Good question. Reed's move got everyone side tracked. What the hell is going on there? Not every day a high profile manager leaves the team mid way through the season.

I heard there was a press conference this week with Larry sometime. PulpMX will have it first.

Dunno about L&M, but the San Manuel Red Bull Yamaha team seems to be doing okay.

Pulp MX getting this scoop before MXA?

Seems like a press conference would be the best route for obvious reasons.

If you read up about moto , than you would have read the Racer x observations section where it was stated there will be a official press release in the near future . So all the replies you are going to get from all the jerkoffs on this site are pointless making this a worthless thread unless you are Larry .......are you him?

Be honest here GuyB. This whole Reed Stewart thing was set up to get the attention off of the L & M fiasco.

Here is my thoughts on the subject

This did not just happen. What team manager would plan to ride a bicycle across the country for charity in the middle of the sx series? This has been in the works all year ...... They just announced it.

My guess is larry has a new job doing something in line with the spinal charity.

One thing's for sure, Southeast Texas is so far outside that I'll never know what's going on. Not even sure the internet gets to the inside from here. Must be double top secret.

I think if you go back a ways (like the podium speak from Phoenix), James was deflecting questions about team ownership, and more things happening. Well, I think we're pretty much to that point.

Matthes talked to Brooks recently but can't talk about it yet. He said Brooks would talk soon and say what went down.

From Matthes over at Racer X:
After a few texts and calls, Brooks did finally get back to me (can you imagine how much his phone was blowing up?) but requested that what was shared between us remain private for now but he added that he will come out and give us his take on what went down soon. The question of the L&M team has been whispered in the pits all year when the team showed up at Anaheim without the L&M logos on the truck, and a prominent JSE logo. I spoke to Brooks about this but he didn’t want to comment, I spoke to James about this and he didn’t want to comment. It’s all a very strange situation for sure and if I had to guess, it would be that James bought either the whole team or a controlling interest and once the deal finally went through (these things do take a while) Stewart made some moves he felt were necessary. I know that a suspension guy was let go a few weeks ago and now, either Brooks was let go or moved over to a new department.

Stay tuned for much more on this.

It's at least double.

Maybe triple.
It's almost like a cult.

Hmmm....
If they aren't talking about it publicly ,perhaps things are still in limbo.
