I like the show. The people hating on it must prefer stuff like american idol, americas got talent, and dancing with stars. To each their own.

I watched one ep of season one and thought it was garbage. Didn't watch anymore. Then I watched one ep of season two, and wasn't surprised that I found it to be garbage too. I've seen enough.

I think James, his family, his team AND the sport deserve better. But who cares what I think? I'm not the target market, or so I've been told...
Pretty much my experience, watched enough to know I like his Mother. I could watch video of James riding all day, but not this crap.

Maybe the rating will go up and just maybe they will make the connection of increase with the increase of riding coverage. Can only hope.

Yea I know. All of us people that are ACTUAL fans of the sport would much rather see the real goings on in the life of a pro, not an episode of the Brady Bunch. Maybe they always had the intention to focus on riding but as you stated they could not. I am hoping you are right.

If you ask me they can make like ten winter episodes covering supercross and then ten summer episodes covering Nationals. If he`s racing Nationals that is.

Didn't see season 1, but I started watching season 2, not expecting much after reading about season 1 on here. So far I like it, the only part I haven't liked was the red bull one, what a waste of time/money for that "dock drop". Otherwise, it's been pretty good, sure it's scripted, but they sure do like to make Malcolm look lazy...

what i'm going to say has nothing to do with the subject but I have a genuine dislike for people from Europe like this guy. He likes to talk alot of shit about our national series and talk about how if our guys raced over there they would suck. So if he doesn't like us over here he shouldn't express his opinion on things related to American racing. After all it is in America for americans or people who want to come to america to race them/ watch them. oh also he thinks that ktm is the best brand ever(hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha). Just saying tough don't get mad at me for my opinion either because i don't give a fuck. His show wasn't that bad and he will win either the supercross or motocross championship even though he says he isn't going to race all of them he will and everyone knows it.

Dislike the show if you will, but if you put yourself in James' shoes-- he's doing what's best for him and the sport.
We know it's not the real James, but isn't it interesting how often the real James shines through? Like when he was scared shitless doing the Red Bull Flugtag deal.
That segment showed me that James is a pretty normal dude and both he and Malcolm really, really hate getting hurt. So you are building your knowledge of what James Stewart is all about. And he is having a blast while doing it.

Are you crazy? When did I say anything bad about Nationals? I talk more crap about GP`s (because of Luongo) than Nationals. I don`t know what to say, I really hope you mistook me for mccread if not then fuck you and pay attention.

I like the show and for it's chance to help the sport grow. You can't please everyone but I'm sure glad it's around. Have you ever wished every race was live? Well if the sport gains popularity(exposure with the show) the more chance there is for that to happen.

C'mon, "how often?" Why not do it documentary style instead of "reality" style and show the real James ALL the time?

I wonder if Michael Jordan ever turned down any reality show offers when he was at the the top of his game?

What did James expect when he signed up with a supercross only team? If he doesn't understand bike setup and he's riding for a supercross only team how in the world is that combination ever going to come up with a good setup for outdoors? I don't care how fast you are, if you're fighting the bike for 30 minutes plus two you have no shot and based on his comments in the latest episode it sounds like he learned that lesson at Unadilla. If he is now an owner and plans to take his show outdoors he better surround himself with some good people that understand how to set up a bike outdoors or he won't stay within sight of RV and RD. Thursday's episode also proves DeCoster knows maybe a little something about MX. DeCoster was willing to leave out the "fastest man on the planet" without even needing to see James ride at Unadilla. DeCoster already knew that James either wouldn't have the fitness or the bike set up or both to be competitive at the Des Nations. Funny how many people were up in arms over James' "ommission" from the team. I think when James left Unadilla he knew the right decision had been made as well. As for RD being 30 seconds behind RV and JS, we'll see about that. There were some predictions made that RD would be 30 - 45 seconds behind James when he came back at Unadilla last year and how'd that work out?
