Super awesome that people would rather piss off people they disagree with instead of doing something that would be an overall positive. Dumb stuff like this is what keeps Trump's base adhered to his balls. Some 5 minute skit to feed the rage cycle's. Meanwhile everything costs more, and the things he is doing will just increase prices even more.
To truly bring back manufacturing to the US ,it needs to be bipartisan. The tariffs are not part of any real effort to bring manufacturing back on a large scale. Look at some of the big reasons China is such a strong player in manufacturing. The workforce , the skilled labor that Apple helped develop over the years through training. Doing something to provide skilled labor for manufacturers who do want to make stuff in the US should be a part of it. Bringing back shop classes and automotive classes to help give high school kids a chance at having the skills needed to get a decent job without having to go to a trade school after. Not dismantling the department of education. Grants for attending such schools, or tax incentives for companies providing funding for education . The tariff part of the plan alone will not work. And without being bi partisan that effort and the pain will be all for nothing more than filling the pockets of the biggest companies.
Instead we ( America) are pissing off our closest allies and getting into wars that were won a year ago, but for some reason just keep going. Polices that increase prices for the end user's and boost profits for the biggest companies. And its all good because he's owning the libs. To me that sounds like Trump supporters are not very happy people. If pissing off other people makes up for failing to come through on many of his main campaign promises.
If Trump had followed up on lowering prices like he promised , there would be no need for his supporters to fear the loss of Republican's hold on the majorities . If people were generally happy with what was going on, there would be no need to worry about Democrats doing anything since they wouldn't be in power and would have a harder time gaining power. Trumps own fear of losing should tell You a lot about how well he thinks things are really going.

I wish folks wouldn't do this, where anything that opposes Trump means you're a socialism or communist. It's an incredibly toxic absence of thought. Aside from the fact that we already have plenty of aspects of communism and socialism that we all enjoy (public land, police and fire, etc.), I have zero interest in changing our political and economic system away from capitalism. I'd have to think I know better than the founding fathers in order to believe that and I do not. The problems we have with capitalism have to do with us failing it, not it failing us.
