Cool, there is some really good drivers in that series.

I saw them at Phoenix last Fall, crashed all over the place!

I was just following @pwr99 and they said that he got some front end damage on lap 79, I don't know what happened. They way the race was going IMO he was waiting for that final push towards the checkers and never made it because of the incident. From what he has shown tho in the 2 races he has done, I think he can be a viable contender in whatever series he is in.

He's got the car control, no question. The big hurdle for him that I foresee is communication regarding car setup, ala Danica.

IMO Danica is more of a Mike Alessi type. She can drive, but has no idea how to get the car better. Travis is different I think, 3 or 4 straight rally america championships, you have to know what you are talking about setting a car up. As soon as he figures out what he wants, it'll come easy I think

Send in Tony, train her to be a seal too, and he could tell her what her setup should be.

travis has nothing in common with danica...she shouldn't even be in a indy car, much less a stock car.

It will be interesting to see how Travis does... he is kind of jumping right ino the deep end of the pool (as Travis usually does...lol). I wonder what Ricky thinks of him stepping right into a Nationwide car.

for the team she is on, and the equipment she has available, her results are well below where they should be.

she has 14 career starts in the Nationwide series, an avg. start of 25.3 and an agv. finish of 27.0. she has only finished on the lead lap in 1 of those starts.

Watching Danica in an Indy car she seemed to be a bit apprehensive around close racing so when it was announced she was giving stock cars a try that through me as stock cars is nothing but close racing. Take a look at her the next few races and you will see every time she gets around another car she backs of to give herself room to race. Just my observation don't you perves jump on me for an opinion... Grinning Just check her out and see for yourself.

you could say that, but its in a field of 20 cars, so the agv. finish pretty much equals out. its the same case as well, with her team and equipment she has available on the indy car side of things.

Plus in Indy there is maybe four or five guys that will race wheel to wheel with one another It takes balls to do that in an open wheel car, shit it makes me nervous watching it. At least in a stock car you can do a little rubbin without the fear of going over the fence. Takes talent that's for sure, good to see TP doing so well, Reading in RacerX I see he is going to fly back and forth from his first Nascar race in Indy to the summer X games to compete in both arenas. dude always keeps a full plate.
