I don't know who thought of it, but they need more of it and more Ryno.

Ryno has mad knowledge. I wish he would be up in the booth for the races. If I was living in Cali I would sign up for his program ASAP!

I agree. I really like Emig, but Ryno just broke down 4 riders' style and could have talked another hour about it. Ridiculous amounts of knowledge

Ryno is a cool dude. I wonder how much time he's been spending with his budy Floyd Landis recently..

It was an interesting interview but it's almost scary how obsessed he is with this hip lock/unlock phenomenon. There are so many time tested moto techniques ("elbows up", "grip with your legs", etc) but I've never heard anyone talk about this hip thing like Ryno does.

Also, how come DV12 was able to reach such a high level in MX while breaking almost all the rules? I heard him called the fastest goon or something like that. If Ryno's theory is true, wouldn't DV12's "unusual" technique have prevented him from getting as fast as he did?

I mean no disrespect to ryno or david, I'm just trying to understand what ryno is saying.

sure the rub with this is that he wants to make money off it somehow, but it doesn't mean he doesn't know his shit. Deciding whether to believe him is up to the rider, but he certainly seemed knowledgable about form and style in this video.

Dv12 is an exception to the rule. There are done pretty fast goons out there, de dycker, etc. Doesn't mean they're doing it the "right way"

Everyone has their own style. MC rides hunched over too and he seemed to do ok.

Both your comment and avatar are deeply disturbing.

That said, Ryno is a stud.

I like ryno...I remember him casing the elevator jump in his rookie outdoor 250 race at gatorback like 4 times in a row trying to get around emig.
A lot of opinion on the feet ...i only ride the balls in ruts and some woops. Ive seen to many poeple have ankle injuries from listening to that ball off your feet stuff
