Would Reed benefit by posting X-Rays of his shoulder? His past injuries would be hard to determine but a cracked scapula should be black and white (haha).

I have no doubt that he rung his bell because that was a hard hit fer sure. I'm just questioning how hurt he is, along with most of the MX world. I've ridden hurt most of my life and I can endure some serious shit, but from last to 2nd with a cracked scapula is borderline unbelieveable.

So, what would Reed gain or lose by posting proof that his shoulder is cracked?

I won't be able to reply too much because I have to get a new password every time I sign in. Sad

Here's the thing with injuries in our sport..If they are hurt, they don't let on how bad. When they are hurt and admit it, they make it sound 10 X's as bad as it really is.

What good would it do anyway - to satisfy a bunch of internet haters? Reed has one more race to make it through. All he has to do is focus on that. He doesn't need prove anything to anyone except on the track.

I don't hate him. I still remember when he gave his US Open winnings to his injured buddy in Australia. That goes a really long way in my book.

OK, why? Isn't the proof in the pudding? I think he would gain more fans if he proved he was riding as hurt as he says and that this championship means that much to him.

If it's such a bad idea, then why come out and say you're hurt in the first place? He didn't need to say it because everybody knew that had to hurt.

RC showed pictures of his jacked up ankle AFTER he won the last two motos at GH, but no one knew he was really hurting.

We have all seen him ride enough to know that he is faster than the rest of the field. I don't get why you think he is not telling the truth.
