It at Networks discretion to show any government speech’s. They have done it to both parties. Free speech isn’t about making some company promote someone else’s speech including the Presidents even over public airwaves. Free Speech is that you can say what you want and the government can’t do anything about it. There used to be a Fairness Doctrine the FCC used to promote fairness on public airwaves but that was removed by Reagan’s FCC in the 1980’s, the reason was that it was against 1st amendment. The 1st amendment goes both ways.

How many of them voted? if they are registered they can track their voter ID number to see if any voted , it being a republican site, they either don't know or they know none of them voted and they left that out. A big breach like that would be too much proof to not include it in the article, if it existed. No matter what shit will happen. mistakes will happen. If they voted, that's one thing. If not it's another. You can require whatever documents You want, and a software glitch like that could get around them all.
I read hat linked article and it said most of the people didn't even know they were registered. That means its very likely they never even tried to vote. They had examples of people that were non citizens that found out they were registered and asked to get removed from the list. Could it have been some democrat hoping they would find out and try and somehow vote? Or could it have been a republican that did it to make Democrats look bad? If it came down to being done on purpose there are many reasons it could be.
And if it was a mistake , well that's not gonna be stopped by requiring more proof. How it happened matters as much as it happening if You want to prevent it from happening again.

I find it funny that of all things, people could think politics were as simple as yes or no. I don't know if the politicians started pushing that, or if it was the opinion shows on news channels. I first noticed it on Fox news. And thought how odd it was that they were telling people Democrats were trying to tell them how to think on a certain subject. My Mom was a big Rachel Maddow fan , and watched stuff that leaned more left. But she liked to get news from a lot of source , and Fox was one of them. So I had been seeing news that leaned left and never noticed them telling anybody how they should feel about anything.
That was many years ago before I paid any attention to politics and was just hanging out with my mom while injured from racing. I never watched the news other than for the weather or local stories or while with my parents. She's voted Republican, Democrat and Independent over the years and was last registered as an independent. She was not loyal to any party .

Did they find who's fault it was and how or why they said it happened? It could also have been somebody trying to "help" Republicans prove democrats are trying to get people to vote that shouldn't be.
Without knowing how it happened and or who did it it's all speculation. If Democrats did it to get more votes, wouldn't it have to require votes being cast under those voter ID numbers?
Why register somebody to vote that has no idea they are registered? How is that going to benefit anybody if they do not vote? Who could it benefit? Who would benefit from them being registered as democrats and never casting a vote? The article said multiple times that they had no known cases of those people having voted. And multiple cases of the people requesting to be removed. Again, how who benefits from this? Who benefits from them thinking that somebody registered them as a democrat? It brought up 2 people who voted illegally but they were not part of the group that was registered without knowing. And those were the only examples they had. But who knows who they voted for when thye did vote. They said which elections, but not which candidates. Info You can get from voter records publically available in many states just by asking and paying for the paper an ink.
You always say to ask who benefits, follow the money. Well in this case, I see it benefiting the republicans more than Democrats.

A question that could be answered and is likely NO nobody voted as those people otherwise they could prove it . Each voter Id has its own number that allows them to know if a ballot was cast by somebody using that ID number. In a lot of states ANYBODY can request voter records that in MA would include a voter ID number and which elections that voter voted in as well as other info.
