Shot the pic of the television screen after a "did I actually see that?" reaction while watching the race. Ran it back and, yes, Langenfelder was all the way down while making that pass (took a couple of more turns before he could make it stick). Took a while to find the exact frame. If you freeze the CBS Sports telecast on Fubo, this is as clear as objects in motion gets.

One thing for sure, the dude in the foreground with his camera dangling is like @!#@$^%*% 😂

Who’s got the photo of Stewart in 2008 going through the second corner at southwick?

This one?  (don't know who shot it).

Might be this guy . I have a ton of shots from the same angle and slightly different . but none of that gear in that corner. I have a bunch from the first moto and the day before. But it started to get pretty crowded in that corner by the second motos and I moved on. Wish I had been there for that one , the berm hadn't developed as well in the shots I have. Stewart almost washed the front end in one of the ones I have.

I'm pretty sure it was because this guy was there when I came around to that corner that moto. The one of James in the same gear is from another section of the track. One of the fans You can see in the background  ( Red shirt and dirty face) was holding up a sign saying "Roost me" and every lap Stewart came around and buried them.

Makes me want to take the ride out to Southwick this year and see what I can get. I've been more into video these days, but a slow motion video of a corner like that would be pretty cool to get too.

I Was really into scrub photos back then. But I've got some decent corner shots.  I've got so many southwick photos . I went every year from just before RC started to when they thought it was going to be the last national all in a row. and here and there since then. Started out with a disposable camera as a little kid. And now I've got way too much invested into cameras for a hermit who never leaves my own property.
