For the longest time, I just trained without and direction. I would do random workouts in the gym, eat unhealthy, and run in random zones thinking that would lead to progress.
What I did not realize is training that way is like throwing darts at a dart board blindfolded. You may land a few good hits, but you are significantly handicapping yourself and preventing your true potential.
The reality is that most people do not lack effort, they lack direction in their effort, but they do not realize what they are missing. That is why I created the Performance Audit.
The Performance Audit was built to find the gaps in your training and provide you the right direction to start seeing improvements, for FREE. I was where you were at one point in my journey. The random workouts. The inconsistent cardio. The poor fueling. The lack of proper recovery. Taking that next step is finding where in your current plan the gaps are.
The audit will ask you to rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest/best, on 20 questions across 4 different categories (5 questions per category). Those categories are:
- Your Engine: Is your aerobic base strong?
- Fueling: Are you consuming the proper foods?
- Recovery: How well are you sleeping?
- Tactics: Do you track your workouts?
It ends with asking what your "Why" is. When training in the dark, without motivation, why do you continue to push?
You cannot expect to see results if you continue to operate with gaps in your training. Put your ego aside, use the tool that I created, and find where your current training is failing you. My goal is to provide you the right direction so your effort is not wasted. The link is below, complete it today for free:

Looking at a Tandem Bicycle on Marketplace...wife hates it thinks her a$$ is on display hanging off the back...
Might need an Audit.
Put the wife on the front, so you can enjoy the view!
Did you get the bike? hahaha
You would also protect her from anyone trying to sneak a peak
