Tank and bars are ready

NOS oem radiator shrouds installed with all new oem parts except the tank brackets they cleaned up like new.

The wheels complete but on my 125 for now until those wheels are finished

Parts that I have collected so far

Also NOS euro side plates I will have painted white

Along with a used front plate

frame is coming along hope to have ready for powder coat soon 

Thanks its slow going but trying to do what I can still rehabbing my shoulder from surgery along with my back and hip issues .. lol

I had a few "87/88 Honda style"sprockets made also.

I would love to find a OEM pipe for this if anyone knows of one I could purchase or do a trade with..

Restored 125 pipe would like to find a good candidate to do this with a oem 250 pipe

I did the air pressure and heat also used a dent puller 

And then had a friend do the lazer paint removel

Ok so welding and some grinding done now going to try (never used before) JB extreme heat metallic paste and sand it out smooth then to powder coat.

My thoughts are to use this because of the oven heat during powder coat....

As a "body filler" I do have some experience doing body work for a friend on the side.

Not sure if this would be the right thing to do, any thoughts???

I am open to any input about the proper way to do any thing during this project.
