hey guys i am planning to make an mx movie similar to kickstart, can you tell me any good music to put on it? i am doing it with 9 riders so put as much as you know

Kid Cudi! I don't know how it would work with mx but I'm a fan. I've noticed in kickstart that Donn uses smooth hip hop/R&B that flows with the action pretty well.

Im sure its been done/used, but i always think of moto when i hear this song

and if you happen to have ANY 2 stroke footage and put a music soundtrack over that sweet sound then....you suck Cool

Never heard it used on a moto video, (not that I've seen them all), but I've always thought "Fly" by Loudmouth would be a good one.

I like where ya head's at scottie! I've always thought that this song would be good..what with the fast sections and some slow motion sections..

a mate made a video with this one and it was good cause he had a bit of an interview in the quieter bits and it came out cool

Right on! i look fwd to it. Another little cool deal you could do is to time the music so as the bike is far from the camera the music is at normal level and as it comes in closer fade the music out and bring in the engine noise, and as the bike passes the camera man it fades back to normal music level.

Im pretty loaded on my nighty night meds...so all that might not make much sense at the moment Dizzy

As long as your video does not include Disturbed, Green Day, or Linkin Park you should be just fine. I'd go with Agent Orange, Voodoo Glow Skulls, etc. Dirt Bike Rider by Hot Action Cop would be an obviously perfect fit for an MX video. I'm 36 and I'm sure that the younger crowd might want to hear rap. Not me. Good luck with the video.

If it must have music, you should make your own in garageband. It's really easy and that way you can upload it to YouTube without having copyright issues.

Ty Tabor of KingsX used to ride. 'Complain' would be a good one. Check out 'Dogman' performed on the Jon Stewart show. Ty's sportin' a LaRocco MSR t-shirt. Lots of riffin' tunes by that band. 'Groove Machine' as well.
