Since i was little Travis has been one of my biggest idols and finally getting to meet him last year gave me the motivation to replicate the bike that is engraved in my head. With the help from tons of people it's finally done! I bought this bike 6 months ago and immediately tore it down and started the restoration. DocWob had a full Ti kit for this bike along with NOS tag grips, rear sprocket and the "factory water pump guard". Nick's Vapor Honing Services took care of cleaning up the brake calipers, master cylinders, subframe, linkage and Rg3 triple clamps for the build. Peak Powder Coating got the frame lined out with the factory black, Travis Joy at Joy Designs Printworks welded in the mounting tabs for the slide plate along with the mounting provisions for the water pump cover. Found NOS acerbis handguards from across the pond, along with a true factory Suzuki brake clevis. Ti raptor foot pegs, Pro circuit works pipe and silencer along with a linkage arm as a RG3 one was impossible to find. Aj Green at vert mx dialed the graphics in to a T!! Levi Kilbarger and JoJo Cunningham got the suspension department taken care of with fresh internals, seals, fluids and coating. Mike Campbell went through the whole engine and refreshed it, vapor blasted it and gave the head a port and polish! Tons of new OEM parts from overseas including the airbox assembly, gas tank, little odds and ends. Ryan Blake killed it with the one industries seat cover that was impossible to find!
