Not much info but from his twit: "Chillin with the ice machine on.. Getting MRI tomorrow to check this thing out but my gut feeling is I'm gonna be out there next weekend if not the next.. And it's on like donkey kong.."

As for pay back....
You know many sets of eyeballs are gonna be on these guys,AMA & Fans Etc...
I just don't think it would be a wise decision.
The guys need to get over this shit and go back out there and race their own race
and put this nonsense behind them.

The guys need to get over this shit and go back out there and race their own race
and put this nonsense behind them.
No good will come out of it for either side.
I don't think you'll have to worry too much about it. Unless either of the Alessi's get a better start than Grant, they won't likely be anywhere close to each other. The Alessi's will struggle to qualify, and if they do be at the back of the pack in the main. Meanwhile, JG will probably be inside the top 10.

From listening on Pulp last night, they made it sound as if the AMA would do something about JA, but who knows.
Grant sounds doubtful about LA and because of the MLK holiday, really won't know his condition until later today.

So he is going to beat Jeff Alessi when he gets back out there? Or is he referring to actually doing something near the front of the pack?

Or is he going to throw some MM gang signs at Jeff to scare him?

While Alessi may have been moving over on him, isn't that something that happens back in the pack when you are banging bars with guys that are happy to have qualified?

As for payback , I would say things are equal now , Josh had one coming.

These guys will be watched real close but with none of them doing very good they could probably care less about getting in trouble.

Also, Honda is going to tell Josh he better be stepping it up and worry about getting some good finishes and not the Alessis

josh is riding on a incentives based contract ...apparently for zero base pay....if he doesent do good he doesent get paid......

Jeff Allessi intentionally took Grant out on a jump. Taking someone out in a corner is one thing. Taking someone out in a supercross rhythm section can get someone killed. I think he AMA should ban Jeff for the rest of the SX season for such an extremely dangerous and intentional take-out.

I've watched the footage of the contact between Grant and Mike Allessi at Lakewood about 20 times. There is absolutely no comparison between that and the move that Jeff Allessi pulled last Saturday night. The Lakewood deal was racing contact where two lines came together. The Jeff Allessi stunt was incrediably dangerous and he looked back twice to set it up. A 100% intentional take down in the air.

Pretty fucked up, JA looks back at him over the first jump and then crosses the whole track and does a little kick out into him. Should be fined. It looks really deliberate that he was trying to pinch him.

All 3 of these guys have a "History" of cheap moves in thier past racing careers, but nothing was ever done back then. Now they are all 3 "Proffessional Racers.

I don't think that move could kill him lol, the jump was like 5 feet long. But it was definitely intentional ,and I would have my arms in the air screamy bloody murder if Josh Grant wasn't such a dirty rider himself. Karma is a bitch for sure
