For 2025 I will be making 29mm KYB style oil lock rings available for around $15 a pair at https://dialedmfg.com

Customers have informed me that these are difficult to source for conversions using older cartridges.
All of the Dialed manufacturing conversions are designed for the 29mm rings to avoid any compatibility issues.
The 28mm rings found on older cartridges will work, but they don't offer as much resistance when the fork is bottomed hard.

These are compatible with ALL of the WP / KYB spring fork conversion kits and can be used as a replacement part for KYB forks that were originally equipped with the 29mm oil lock system.

I just restocked fork cap wrenches and other stuff that I was running low on.

After a little shop cleanup I'll be back to working on the next project to improve fork tuneability.

Spring preload collars for 24mm KYB cartridges are now available.  
They are sold as a set of two collars for $5.99

Preload collars for 25mm KYB cartridges will be available in early 2026.

These collars install between the spring perch and the stop-ring on the cartridge cylinder as shown in the photo.
They allow you to easily increase spring preload in increments of 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, and 20mm.

Note: 
     -the cylinder outside diameter on a 24mm KYB cartridge measures 28mm.
     -the cylinder outside diameter on a 25mm KYB cartridge measures 29mm.

It's spring, the weather is getting warm and everyone is heading to the track...
