My Indiana House Bill made it into American Motorcyclist magazine

Unfortunately it didn't make it to the floor for vote in this session. Hopefully next year. But lots of other states are proposing similar bills. Please call/email your local congress/senate person to support this legislation in your state.

Nice work! That’s a step in the right direction here in IN.

Out of curiosity, did the AMA assist you at all with getting this proposed?

I've had no interaction with the AMA. They're free to reach out if they want to help, though.

It's funny, that's what I thought the AMA was supposed to be doing.

Good work, BDM.

Iowa just passed track owners, promoters, fair boards etc are exempt from liability when riders get hurt on their property unanimously. Arkansas passed it last year.

This is huge for moto.

Great work. Being originally from Indiana myself, I love seeing more spots for the riders there. If there is anything I can do, please don't think twice about reaching out.

Great work! So, your effort made it into the the AMA”s magazine but the AMA has not made an attempts to assist this legislation to move forward?

If the Wabash Cannonball Motorcycle Club can be of any use to you in helping to push this for next year’s session, please let me know.  Thank you so much for your help here.

I don't know how it would help but a grand prix open ride day wouldn't hurt!

We really don’t have the ability to groom the Grand Prix course, so that’s why we can only race one time a year.  We are having our first 2 day prepped practice weekend coming up on April 11&12th.  Hope to see you there!

This is the AMA modus operandi since the 70's.  Let someone else do the work, then take the credit.  The AMA is worthless to the off road community when it comes to land use issues.
