Anyone here job searching, or know someone who is?
I don’t mean casually browsing. I mean properly hunting, sending applications every week and not getting anywhere. Maybe a professional who’s been out of work for a while and it’s starting to drag.
I’ve been building something . It’s a job search site that pulls applications, emails and timelines into one place so you can actually see what’s happening, what’s stalled and where to focus.
It’s coming along well and we’re looking for a next small group of people in that situation to test it, completely free, and give honest feedback.

For the last 4ish years, I've submitted 3-4 applications a week, every week. Gotten exactly 2 "call backs", and both were a joke - one was for a position in Darlington SC, and the first question I was hit with was, "How do you feel about reclocating to Seattle?". Multiple companies, from management positions, forklift driving, shelf stocking, repair man, butcher in a grocery store, quality control jobs, you name it - I'm instantly declined. I'm not a felon or a "job hopper" that moves around every few months, I've got 22 years tenure where I am now. Maybe that's my problem. If your looking for a job, you already know about the 'Workday' class action lawsuit, I hope heads roll over that B.S.
Man, I sure hope I don't ever have to look for work again. Every time I need a new job, it takes me months to get any kind of offer. (And this is after finding and applying to 3-5 jobs per day.)
I was apart of a large layoff in early 2025. It took me three months to find another job. But I was pretty picky and didn't settle. I probably could have had a job in a couple weeks. I will say I have been approached and messaged about jobs more in the last month then I ever have.
That’s rough, and that’s exactly who I’m talking about.
The people actually grinding and getting nowhere.
I’m not promising magic, but I am building something to make the mess easier to manage and see clearly.
