Little bench racing (for those who remember what that is)

Ok, enough talk about the top 5 guys. Who's gonna be the surprise rider of the year? What privateer should we keep an eye on? Plenty of riders on Motoconcepts, H&H, San Manuel, BTO, JGR that are coming in under the radar.

I think Blake Baggett is going to kill it, if he stays on two wheels.

x2....... i think baggett has a shot at the championship for sure. unless they put him on the same coast as Roczen. i think Roczen will have the whold field covered this year. both classes are really stacked this year..... i cant wait until after Phoenix and everyone settles in a little bit, then the racing will get really good

I would love to see Hahn and IT9 up there battling with the top 4 guys. Chiz showed tons of speed in Bercy so he could really come out and surprise a few people. Not sure about Gorke or Regal.

Honestly, I'm just as excited to follow the "not supposed to win" guys as I am to follow the battle for the win. I love it when a privateer comes up and screws with the established order.

Tye Simmonds JDR KTM will surprise.

Almost beat Reed last year in Aus (passed in the last corner) while riding with a knee injury. When he is on he is super fast but lacks a bit of consistency. Plus most of you haven't really heard of him.

If he can stay off the floor he will end up higher in the overall than both Alessi and Reardon.

I really hope to see Brayton on the podium this year. I think his off season podiums will carry some confidence into SX

You really think a real privateer is going to do anything in the 450 class? Look at the pre entry list and who do you think will even qualify as a real privateer?? Probably no one until the field thins down.

I think privateer should be anyone who isn't under a big rig.
