PC ?

My pc has a trojan virius! I am getting a pop up that says to down load Malware to remove it. Is this good software for pc protection? I know shit 1 about pc stuff ! Any help or direction would be appreciated!

the trojan you have is probably running the popup too. It's a scam...they put a virus or other malware on your machine, then you have to pay them to use the software to remove it.

Any decent antivirus software will remove it. Norton antivirus, macaffee antivirus, even pc-cillin should take care of the problem. Unfortunately you have to pay to get most decent antivirus software. The only good thing is that you're not paying the people who wrote the virus that you have. You can get a 14 day free trial of mcaffee if you're willing to download the real player software. You can always uninstall both after you get rid of your problem.

Thank you alot man! I'm a frigg'n doof when it comses to PC stuff, I did suspect it was a scam deal like you mention, but wasn't sure. Thanks again!

like racing scooters, you should learn where the brake and clutch are and what to do in an emergency when surfing the net. it's a big and dangerous world out there....lmao. educate yerself and quit hitting porn sites.

I'm trying to get more educated, that's why I'm asking questions here! I got the damn thing from a link on a thread on MD about to girls in a cup! Went to it and BAM!!! I don't go to porn sites! Never did see what the big deal was about either! FUCK, Woohoo Laughing

Good luck on cleaning that stuff, Butch. My family brought in two of those adware viruses to home machines within the past 3 years. For both, I ended up having to wipe the hard drive clean to get it fixed.

One of those machines ended up with a Linux operating system on it, and my son now uses it.

More than likely your gonna have to save your important stuff, and wipe out your hard drive and reload windows.. Been there, done that.. Its the best way to get your PC running good again.
