I know you didn't post this to get into this topic.

But who gives a flying cow shit how hard someone is to pass when they are on the lead lap? Especially if were talking like top 10 riders on lead lap. Yeah no shit Ando is hard to pass, riding defensively is something that kept him in the top 5 last weekend right?

I get it if you're in 13th and someone in the lead looped it and now “said leader” is trying to pass you to get back up front, yeah they can complain a little bit that you held them up. But if you are on the lead lap, you have shouldn’t pull over like a blue flagger IMO. 

To be honest, I’ve been really confused lately about the whole, dads doing interviews instead of their factory rider child thing. 

"We hear what Bob Hannah's Papa had to say about Kent Howerton" seems impossible to even ponder.

Growing up around the Norba national circuit - I never can remember seeing John Tomacs mouth move . I mean, I never saw him talk. In five years.

To the point where as a starstruck junior racer I wondered how the fuck he communicated with his mechanic or team.

Pops “ran icy” as Eli would say .

Probably why he seemed so goddamn cool! 

Never forget him taking down a arguably better Bart Brentjens at cactus cup dirt crit in 1997.  Tomac and Tinker were the only dudes hitting the double double in the in field .
