Stem is the same from 05-present.
Forks are the same diameters from 05-present on the two strokes. 05 have different internals than the 06+
The YZFs got the smaller diameter upper fork tubes.
2005+ YZ250/YZ125/YZ250X/YZ125X : Upper 56mm
2010+ YZ450F: Upper 54mm
2013+ YZ250F: Upper 54mm
