Some good fights, the Skyscraper Struve fight was awesome, he was in some serious danger from that kimura, but turned it around and finished him.
Good night of fighting. And how about that crowd! that was the loudest UFC crowd i have ever heard, they were going OFF for their boy GSP.
and before anyone says he was classy and humble in defeat. most people are when they get tooled as bad as him.
They have them all split up into individual clips
His jab last night was so spot on he could of won that fight with his other hand tied behind his back.

They are THE place to go for MMA vids/streams. Their stream is up 100% of the time and you can donate like $10 through paypal and become a PRO member and get a HQ stream. I have been using it for years. they cover everything MMA, not just UFC. Check it out of you havent.
If it were an MX race, he lapped Kos...several times.
Pit Row
that GSP fight reminded me of Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson.... jab jab jab jab.... nothing Kos could about it
couldn't happen to a nicer guy haha
Another one I use is http://www.mmashare.info/
But I'm all ears for new sites so keep em coming.
dont get me wrong, GSP is a great fighter and athlete. but he took no chances whatsoever.
imo, if there isnt a knockout or submission, the fight should be a draw. no winners bonus.
it would force the more dominant fighter (gsp) to have to take some sort of risk and actually fight the guy rather than play the safe tactitian. the one time GSP tried to go in for the kill, koscheck almost got his leg and could have really turned the fight.
did GSP dominate? yes. did he do more damage, of course. but did he win the fight? i dont think so. koscheck was still standing at the end and willing to fight back.
weve seen way to many boring boxing matches in our lifetime (mayweather is notorious for playing it safe) and now its become rampant in mma. the easy fix is to eliminate the score cards and just call it a draw and force a rematch or extra rounds.
A lot of the fighter are becoming smarted and using game plans, GSP's game plan was to out strike Kos, he did it.
Not every fight is going to be a KO or SUB.
Koscheck is the one everyone should be pissed at, At the start of the 4th round he knew he would lose a decision, so why didn't he lay it all the on line. The last 30 seconds of the fight koscheck should of gone crazy trying to get a ko or sub, he has lost the fight so he might as well try finish it.
If you watch it again Kos wasn't willing to fight back in the last round, he wanted it over, he had been broken mentally and physically. and pretty much evaded and threw a couple every now and then.
To solve the problem we need to make a bonus for having a go, so if your losing and theres 2 minutes left, go crazy, try to pull something off.
would you not agree that if GSP had been more agressive, he would have opened himself up a little to koscheck? would the fight have been more interesting. you'd be lying if you were to disagree. i watched the fight at a ufc party in vegas (the sports un-official hometown) and nobody was real happy with that fight (or lack thereof).
either they are going to fight or they arent. that wasnt what i'd call a fight. the crowd didnt boo cause it was their guy leading the points, but had that fight been anywhere else it wouldnt have gone over so well.
anderson silva does the same shit. granted, hes not nearly as classy an individual as GSP so fans dont let it slide.
people pay to see a fight...not two guys tip-toe'ing around each other from a distance. i want to see a clear winner. yes GSP was clearly winning the fight, but in my opinion he didnt finish it. forgive me if that comes across as barbaric, but what do you expect, its the ultimate FIGHTING championships, its not to much to ask to see a real fight. banking on the judges cards and playing it safe isnt the sole reason boxing is in the dumpster, but its definitely an epidemic that aint helping. i just think it sux that mma is going that route.
GSP could of easily done it by circling to the left.
The thing i find different is.
Say at the 4th round in a fight, fighter A has been dominating fighter B, and fighter B's only real chance is to get a lucky KO or SUB,
Fighter A would be stupid to going all out crazy when he is winning, unless he has a clear opportunity.
Fighter B is already down on points and is being out classed, he has nothing to risk.
Fighter B should be taking risks and almost fighting stupid
Another way to put it.
A motocross championship comes down to the final race with rider A leading by two points over rider B.
last lap the race rider A is leading, and rider B is in second,
Shouldn't rider B ride like a maniac risking himself for the win, knowing that if he doesn't get pass, he loses anyway.
