I'm at the race.  It's been mostly down for hours.  The live stream on Racer TV has been working.

For the love of anything sane. Please take the microphones away from Megawatt and Rodney. I have never ever heard commentators constantly ramble on about useless crap.

They miss 95% of the action on the track.

Pro sport moto was next up & they said we will save them for tomorrow. & we wonder why the amateurs flop when they go pro. One of the biggest races of the year but yeah let’s run pro sport moto 1 or maybe they’ll run it 2 or 3 but stilllll. Track will be significantly better than was at 4:00 today.

I mean push the 125 B/C moto til morning  & run pro sport at 4:00. Unreal. I want to see the top class in the gnarliest conditions.

Hopefully I’m missing something here & we’ve got a good reason for this so please someone let me know

They always shut down early for thanksgiving, otherwise they would have raced today.

We were looking forward to watching Haarup race that shot out track.  Like you are saying, they should have shuffled a class so pro sport could race late in the day.

Yeah well then they knew,

like the dude below me said, then shuffle the deck & run pro sport & give the 125 B/C class the fresh track in the am.

125 class is stacked intense racing. Matty B has Great shots as usual.  I just crossed Florida wed up on i10 delivery & pu took all day nearly.  At 4.30 am dense fog is Real bad. Florida has a fog season most don’t know. Wonder if the races start late because of it.IMG 4796.png?VersionId=S91XxSiwIB88WJah5u0

Well they also knew that the pro race is 20 minutes which then pushes the time back. You can’t just change the race order around.

Loretta’s gives them a time slot. Could just put them in the race order as a time: pro sport at 3:30.

It’s the premiere class for this event.

But yeah I guess on the other hand, you’re right. Who cares. As long as they get all their money from the 3 divisions of 65 jr 7-9 mod & 250 C, then no need to even bother giving a second thought to the pro class. Check still cashes .

Did they announce 2026 Loretta Lynn schedule?

You make it sound as if someone makes the three divisions of 65's go. Those parents choose to go and they know the price up front (one of the reasons I never went to this one, way too much money and we weren't making no main events). My son's nor grandson never pushed to go. If they had, we would have went and gladly wrote that check.

I know you have some valid points about watching the big classes. I wanted to see it too. But why hate on all the extras that show up and enrichen the promoters? They know the costs, no one twisted their arms for money.

We were often those "extras" you are referring to. At least there is a bunch of kids in the lower classes. It looks good for the future and they're racing not at a compound doing laps all day.

True. No need for me to hate on the extras. My apologies. They can do both. Run 3 divisions of 65s & run the pro sport motos at premiere times.

Also, apologies to renner153! I was just a little fired up that day, not sure why. It’s really not even that big of a deal lol. I still think some of my points are valid but delivery was off.

Would be nice to see you and your brother back at Lincoln Trail. I haven't talked to your Dad in years.

Not really. I came back for Loretta’s in 23 & 24 but I’m over the whole Loretta’s thing & focusing on GP’s out here. WORCS & NGPC. My dad & brother still wander around & ride a bit in Illinois but nothing that serious.

As someone who attended Mini Os this year, I can say it's one of the most fun events I've been too. And their prices are honestly reasonable, especially for dry camping. Unless youre a top 10 kid, I wouldnt stress about chasing LL regionals. Race Ponca, Mini Os, Spring Nationals and you'll race the best of the best and save money. Assuming my kid wants to, we definitely plan to make Mini Os a family tradition.
