Does anyone know If I can buy a Thor Force Helmet that is a size off, and just replace the padding? There are some good deals on clearance, but they don't have my size. Thanks.

it's probably in your health's best interest to not skimp on a helmet and just stuff a helmet that's too big for you

Most companies use the same size shell for several sizes and just put in thicker pads so it's not really skimping, just buying a different liner that's made for that shell.
