Anyone have any recommendations of who to source some newly made 1988-2004 KX500 power valve replacement parts from? I'm seeing a source in the UK and a source in the Czech Republic Anyone have any luck sourcing parts from the Czech maker? Thank you!

And here's some KX500 Dogger radness just for fun!

Are you looking for individual pieces or a complete set?  Most of the parts are very durable unless someone was negligent. About the worst wearing part would have to be the pins on the flapper, which can be flipped backwards with a little measurement to line them up.

I believe those pins are 4mm diameter and I don't remember the length.
You can replace them with industrial dowel pins if you have a good quality micrometer and you're careful to get the correct size and fit.
(There are undersize dowels and oversize dowels for various fits)

For example... These are available in several length options:

Oversize 4mm x 16mm

Undersize 4mm x 16mm
