De Wolf in 2nd for now, Simon in 6th. 3 point gap to Simon's advantage. One tip over and everything changes.

He's in 13th. You're falling behind.

But this is not over, Kay could just as well throw it away in conditions like this.

Btw, when the fuck are Infront going to put a tiny, tiny bit of money into some rain covers for the cameras? Year after year the same thing.

Holy hell. I tried to watch it since 7:35 no luck, went away for 15 mins... absolute pandemonium. 🤯 So sad for Kay. Congratz to Simon.

So what is the status now? Live timing shows no progress, and if it’s actually red flag, what will the race director do with the standings?

De Wolf 5th, Längenfelder 6th in the race. Längenfelder takes the title with 9 points over De Wolf.

KDW is top 5 MX1/MX2 in the sand worldwide, top 15 Midsoft but has to improve at hard conditions for MX1, like 84 or the Coenens. Awesome Style at times, but look at his head in corners, have so much respect for him, lost some for dirty riding, if  im faster i can go clean

So good for Simon and his family, for the Sport in Germany and we have a real good MXON Team

"Well, That Was Emotional" !  (Boris The Blade - not Bullet Tooth Tony  - from Snatch)

Ah - NT weather - even in the 'perfect time', you can be drowned - so be it.

Kay was doing what he needed to do, but, it appears to have drowned his bike. Down by a lot, mid season, clawed himself back into contention.

Credited with the GP win, after the red flag, it appears.

Simone got the Championships. Congrats Young Man!

I would have been happy for either rider to win.

It is, how it went.

Love seeing Romain Febvre win his 2nd title, with such a time between this and his 1st.

Love seeing the resurgence of Belgian MXers - all of them out there.  'Little' Coenen, continues to be made of rubber ( I think, though he may be hurt? )

Pretty good track, that looks to be a permanent facility for the locals - there's  a Win for  Darwin / NT / OZ MX !

I think it's only 11 / 15ks from Darwin city center.

And, a Bloody Big Crowd - though, we'll have a few f***wits here say there was no one there, and, the track was flat as a pancake.

And, as a few have mention earlier here - Infront / the Luongo Drongos, have yet to learn / fork out the money, to have the cameras equipped with Rain / Weather Hoods - bloody amateurish, and they've had the same problem for decades now.

Why? Give me one good reason to start this race. The riders themselves stated it was a good decision when David Luongo talked to them. The track is flooded, only the start straight could be worked on. Safety first.
