It was sweet, sweet music and the racing was awesome, both days.

All of the idoits that made the decisions that allowed the slow death of two strokes should be named on a list somewhere as enemies of our sport, then they should disappear, never to be discovered.

Well, I don't know about the 'idoits', but I think most of the people involved in major decision making for this sport are probably pretty smart people. Doesn't mean I agree with many of their decisions, but they do what they perceive to be in their best interest. That's what most people do. How can you blame them for that? There businessmen, not museum curators or the guardian angels of motocross. (Although I think there's hope with DC)

I do think it's too bad fourstrokes were given a double displacement advantage. I started racing on a worn out SL 100 against two-stoke Japanese 100's. I wonder the reaction if I'd shown up with a bored SL175? Instead I bought an Elsinore and moved to the 125 class.

I just think small bore two stokes are more fun to race and watch, and I think those you tube videos are good evidence. Who remember's the 100cc Pro Class? What a hoot. If I was an AMA Pro I'd be on a fourstroke, you can't give up that kind of advantage. But I'm not, wasn't ever even close to thinking about it.

If you want to start playing the blame game, consumers have to carry at least fifty percent of it.

Newmann, whyontcha sell me that Six-Days? Purty.

I been thinking of running Belray in my 25 hp Yamaha outboard...

MX is nothing without the fans, and the current set up is running the fans off. There is nothing on earth that sounds as cool as a bunch of 125's flying through the first turn. You can debate why and how and all that all day, but MX needs a 125 2 stroke class to survive.
