Yz 125 front brakes

2019 yz 125 has brakes when not moving but while riding I have nothing. Already replaced pads, cable, and the clips inside the caliber and still nothing. Any ideas?

Is your rotor bent and pressing the pads back into the caliper as it rotates? That will make the lever pull to the bar until the pistons pump back up again
