I found these photos of a race from back in the day at Perris. I just thought it would be interesting to see if anyone on vital is in these photos I found... mainly in the background of this first photo or on the starting gate of the second photo...
Side note: the pink pants with white jersey is clearly because I loved Wardy
That looks like one of my childhood friends Jerry Aleman's Dad... Dave on the line in the Blue Shirt so he is probably talking to Jerry on the line which I would assume is the yellow helmet
Jerry was a bad dude on minibikes! Between Jerry and Mike Alessi, Perris Raceway bred some incredible minibike riders.
I got some photos from late 90’s early 2000’s. When I find then soon I’ll post them.
There was a guy that used to take photos and sell the prints at Perris Raceway… I lost all my personal photos I bought from him at my races. I would love to know who that photographer was ! Id pay good money for those photos LOL
I miss buying minivues from Vic and Betty! I still have a few.

This is awesome! Love the 90's threads that are popping up in here this week. Been watching some of the nationals from 97 before bed. Emig absolutely crushed it that season. Please post more Socal pics from the 90s! Pretty crazy to think Perris has been around for 70 years and we're still riding there. We definitely take it for granted
