Glover says he even has the trophy to prove it! From the early years, 1977/78 from Rabbit Run in Dallas if not mistaken. Mike Lagaza photo.

I really liked Pastrana on it, but Stewart was sick to watch on a 125pinger as well

Smith, Glover, and Barnett were tough to beat but that Hannah guy could ride a 125 too.

I used to love watching Badger Dzielak ride Southwick. He would ride wide open the whole time and just pull in the clutch when needing to slow down.

Stewart. He went up against the 250's on a 125 and still won.

As much as I am down on stewart right now I would have to give him credit as the best 125 pilot of all time. He whiped the floor weekend after weekend on a 1 2 5 2-banger against competition on 250f's. The 2004 AMA nationals was a display of pure domination on lesser equipment....

Not a fan of his, but James Stewart was the best 125cc rider ever. Just watch the dude ride a 125.

I have always been a Honda Hater (even while working in Honda dealerships) but Marty Smith was the Man on 125's with Bob Hannah pretty damn close.

Looking over the list I see a couple of guys that were just too big for 125 and In my opinion won a 125 championship because of better equipment or not a very competative field..
