ive always wanted a Sprinter and a tree fell on my truck a few weeks ago during a tornado so it was a sign to pull the trigger..i finally found one that i picked up for a steal because mercedes told them it needed a High pressure pump when it didnt.
Anyway going to close it off. let me see your setups and any advice you have when you built yours.

I don't have one, but I've always wanted one. The coolest setup I've seen has a half-wall about 7 feet from the rear door and a retracting bed platform that rests on it and some channels in the walls. When the bed is down, it encloses a low-ceilinged "garage" of sorts for your bikes. When it's up, you can walk around in the back. I'll try to remember where I saw that and I'll post some pictures.
EDIT: This one has the same idea, but imagine that the bed platform is removable: https://www.tommycampervans.com/mercedes-camper-van-for-sale-moto-build-layout-extended-170/
Just look at One Up Vans on IG and take your pick.
Building mine was a labor of love and I sure miss it. If you can afford it I would recommend looking into Adventure Wagon’s kits. I did most of my van without a kit but ended up buying some of their components like the ceiling track and bed system. Their products are very good quality. Saves you a ton of headache trying to figure this thing out on your own. Sky is the limit, but budgets are obviously a major consideration.
I personally do not like the walled off “garage” in the sprinter. I loved being able to walk back and forth in the van without having to get out.

I bought an old 2012 170WB Sprinter three years ago. Put up a wall and bed area myself on the cheap. It's not fancy but I drove across country from Georgia to SoCal then up to Washington state then the same route back last summer. It worked great.
Here is the garage side.
Her is the bed side. Nice storage underneath. I found a cabinet while I was up in Washington for $20. What a deal. So I have to door storage up top and a whole bunch under the be. Got the bug netting off Amazon. It has magnets and works great.
