I've been hoping and waiting for Forkner, but might be his time has passed. He wouldn't need to podium but he is never in top10, it's a big step to podium from where he is now. Too bad. Was hoping, but you don't always get what you hope for.

On a section they changed between either qualifying or motos. Which is questionable to begin with. Yea he made one wrong choice going for it on the first lap. A little different from what we just saw.
That didn't cost him the season though, the practice crash did. By round 5 he was already tied in points again with Sexton even with a DNF.
But yeah you're right, mistakes and crashes in this sport are sadly inevitable.
