This place keeps building and building. The bikes are now are on point. they've got great riders, Prado is there, Daniel Blair, Chad Reed and family living there with Chad taking a bigger role… Their new YouTube video narrated by Daniel Blair is next level. I hope this thing keeps evolving on the trajectory that it is right now. It's pretty cool.

I remeber 4 and 5 years ago being there talking to them about building houses there. I said l it was an amazing idea and said this place could be a moto country club if you build it right. So much potential there and their making it happen. Great guys there for sure.

Thats what I'd love to do one day to. We have some decent acerage like them out in Tennessee and would like to one day build a moto country club sell off plots with a choice of preset houses with shops and have the public side and the private side. Don't really want the whole race team part but would do litterally everything else including the shop.

They should make full amateur track and accomodation so us fat old men from Australia / New Zealand can come train and eat marmite with Chad.

They have it, look on the website. It’s for amateurs training, but anyone can ride the amateur track and you just rent a cabin.
