FORMER TRIPLE 500cc World Champion Kenny Roberts has put his famous ranch up for sale, complete with dirttrack oval, Motocross track and air-conditioned motorcycle museum (bikes not included).

The ranch, in Modesto, California, has been used as a training ground for a plethora of racing stars over the years, including Wayne Rainey, Kenny Roberts Junior and 2010 MotoGP championship leader Jorge Lorenzo.

The property's up on the market for a cool $2.8million (£1.8million), which we reckon's a bargain, as the facility has a sauna, gym, swimming pool and fishing lake. The property also has extensive workshop facilities.

It's reported Kenny wants to downsize in order to spend more time with his family, as well as playing golf.

I could handle that place. Track looks real flat though- call Mark Barnett.

I'm guessing that's the Supermoto track and really how can you see the layout from an aerial view ? I am pretty sure my brother built the mx track, don't quote me I just remember hearing something on that topic.

The property is just above the "A" in the map. You can zoom in very close . Doesn't look like there's one jump on the property but you could change that pretty fast. Other than being in Modesto the place is heaven.
