You appear to be looking at the post like, "they post that stuff to show how awesome it is to fuck another dude."
Where as I am looking at the post like, "they post that stuff because historically – straight people have done a lot of stuff to make non-straight people feel lesser – and this is their way of showing that they are not better, but welcome in our community".
I feel like my interpretation is more accurate than yours but I could certainly be wrong. That's why I asked the previous question, of which I was hoping you would provide specific examples throughout history of straight people having been excluded, punished, and or killed for no other reason than being straight. Off the top of my head, I don't know any, but it would be an interesting thing to research.
Either way, it's a whole lot of nothing because in a month this will all be pointless, we'll be onto discussing something else without any actual resolve, only to double back again in a year to have the same discussion all over again.
Have you ever thought about doing any actual research on your interpretation and sharing what you find? Instead you just assume your interpretation is more accurate.
Also, if you think all of these discussions are pointless then why do you jump into every one of them?

You have always been free to do the things you want to do. There really aren’t (many) gay men sharing the equivalent of what you wrote for their moms and neighbors to see.
It seems lost on a lot of people in this thread that it’s about love and not just sex. LGBT folks get their asses kicked and sometimes killed because of who they love. Do you get that? It can be dangerous for them to admit who they love.
