Dumb question, replacing the tires on my 03 rm250 for the first time and 3 of 4 pinch bolts are stuck and now rounded off. I got a bolt remover socket but I cant seem to find flanged bolts that are the right size to replace them . I know there are kits with all the bolts needed for the bike but Id like to avoid paying $50+ when I just need the 3. In canada fwiw
Also I don't see anything in the manual with actual bolt size, if someone knows where I can find the specs for pinch bolts maybe I could find them online. Are they pretty standard across brands?
Look at the Oem skematic online the description most of time gives the details
If looking to replace just a few fasteners. The individual prices may be high but the application, fitment and style will be correct. Get OEM replacement through your local dealer.
RMATV has bolt sets. Very useful to have around.

"bolt" brand fastener kits have been good for me, i see motion pro has some now but i havent tried those. like others said, get oem if you just need a couple or oddball fasteners. otherwise its hard to beat the bolt kits, then you got all sorts of extras
I generally would look up parts diagrams on a website like ronniesmailorder and get the correct bolts from Suzuki. Depending on how old the bike is I’d get all 4 and not just the 3 or you’ll have 3 shiny bolts with one gross one beside it.

They sell kits or you can just buy packs of the exact bolts, nuts, washers or whatever you need as well.
Another vote for OE, especially on something like fork pinch bolts.
Also, I’d highly recommend using a thread chasing tap (NOT a cutting tap) in those clamps before using the new bolts. If they were stuck it’s likely you have some thread galling and/or corrosion. A chasing tap will clean that up without cutting new threads.
You can get a metric thread chasing kit for not much $$$ on amazon, etc.
