2025 KX250 Skid Plate

buy the kawasaki one it's inexpensive & fits perfect it's listed on the parts fiche

99994-1532 is the part #

does this for sure fit the 2025 kx250? Kawasaki website says 19-24 on the for 250 but 19-25 for the 450

I’m pretty sure the OEM skid plate fits 24 and 25, 250 and 450.  At least that’s what Ebay said, for 30 bucks.  

I have both Acerbis and OEM for my 24 KX450.  The Acerbis requires you remove the water pump plastic protector on my 24.  I haven’t tried the OEM yet but it looks easier to wash engine with OEM at first glance.  I bought my OEM from Kawasaki parts online for cheap as I recall.

I had a 2019 KX450 that also required removal of the water pump guard for the Acerbis skid. The OEM skid won't require that but it doesn't do much more than keep rocks from hitting the engine case.

i'm not really sure on that but the kawi one fits the best & doesn't hamper clean up

I've had a few skidplates on my KX250/450 bikes. 

One thing worth noting is, as far as I know, some companies that makes these skidplates market them as fitting 250/450, but there actually is a difference in the water pump placement. It doesn't effect fitting, they will bolt on, but on the 450 the skidplates come up close to the waterpump and fits tight, on the 250 there is a good size gap there that can collect mud ect. 
Also, there are two versions of the acerbis skidplate. One has forms around the frame rails and the material seems a little thicker and better, the other is more flat looking but still works fine. The flatter looking one fits the 250 waterpump better. 

I'm running the AXP on my 250 currently and it's been great. 

Get the works connection skid plate.   Not as loud, rubber mounted, and perfect fit

Can anyone confirm that part number 99994-1532 fits the 2025 KX250X? 

Kawasaki's website says it fits the 450, but not the 250. I'm tempted to order one, just figured I'd ask first. 

It doesn’t list 2025 kx250 but I’d be tempted to buy it and see.

I figured it would.  Glad it worked out.  

I have an OEM laying on the bench still in the plastic.  I’m kicking around removing the Acerbis and using the OEM for the simple fact looks like much easier to hose off/clean up with the OEM.  Same for oil change.   Pretty much have to remove the Acerbis to hose off if you want to get really clean.  I’ve kicked around taking a hole saw and making a oil drain hole.  It has one but it doesn’t line up for my 24 KX450.  OEM might make the cleaning and oil change easier.

The Lighspeed Skid Plate has really good coverage! Pretty happy with it!
