Take away Jordan smith and Shimoda who both got hurt, this class is weak. It’s one of the weakest 250 classes I’ve seen in awhile. The crazy thing is deegan isn’t winning races. The way he is portrayed he should be winning 50% of these races at min. I don’t even think he is playing the smart game of just getting podiums. He’s trying to win these races but cannot.

on a side note if juju doesn’t take out deegan next race he is a bitch for life. Deegan has made juju his bitch all year, it’s time for juju to do something. Juju is not going to win the title so might as well fuxk deegan up next race

I hope juju just puts his head down and straight up beats him, kind of like dungy and villipoto did to jlaw, or stanton to bradshaw

Deegan has been hailed as the coming messiah of moto since he was on 65cc. No doubt he has skill and is fun to watch, but his style is going to catch up with him, especially once he gets on a 450.

He is a drama queen.

Meanwhile juju came out of nowhere after his futures experience and has shown remarkable progress.

Hoping he can continue that path without getting caught up in deegan-dashian BS.

I’m trying to think of another series that became depleted, maybe 2020 250 east? This might be the most depleted coast in the last 25 years. Also I always bring this up, but every podcast pegged Deegan to be the best 250, flat out, not just on this coast. Goes to show you NEVER know how things are gonna play out

"came out of nowhere"

Where do you guys get this stuff - Deegan and JuJu were at LL together for almost a decade.

They weren't always in the same class, sometimes they were. I don't think JJ ever beat him - but we all watched HD regardless and grew expectations because he just won, plain and simple.

JuJu just repeatedly got waxed by HD, Dax, Romano, Chance, Ryder D, etc.

He was a top ten rider at best, outside of a 450B Limited win in '21

There is no "comes out of nowhere" in this sport.

Suddenly beating people who have waxed you for over a decade, is coming out of nowhere

Yes, he's finished ahead of HD in 2 out of 7 races. - and none of those were in the last 5...

A 28% domination rate, as evidenced by JuJu's massive point lead!

Do people on this site just live in an alternate reality or?

Consistent winning for 10+ years is instantly overcome by winning one or two races, lol.

He’s beating Shimoda, Marchbanks, Mosiman, etc. 3 years ago nobody was predicting this. I don’t know why you’re thinking I’m saying he’s dominated Deegan, I’m saying he came out of nowhere. Listen to every podcast from before the season, nobody gave Juju a chance to even be in the fight

Fair enough.

I don't think he'll be in the fight much longer, had a few good nights were riders that have consitently been his betters had injuries/sickness/off-nights.

We'll see.
