Also, do you mean conservative or free market capitalism. One does not necessarily mean the other.

I didn't take it that way, but it was a good move for you to put that forth 🙂
As a broad statement, and pertaining to the USA, I think it is a fool's errand to socialize services much with a government that also creates and spends money without accountability. I believe it just adds unnecessary levels of bureaucracy and bloats the cost of the service while reducing it's benefits.
Now, one social case I find interesting would be something like a Public Works Department instead of welfare. Instead of just sending money, have those in need provide some form of public works for that money. Hopefully it would help them to get experience while doing so. Of course, it would require a magic solution to keep the program from becoming a bloated waste and corruption factory, but if it were possible I'd most likely be for it.
Another area I think would be worth considering would be Public healthcare for all children up to 18 years old. Same concern applies to the program, and also to the health guidelines for them, but I could see this being beneficial to our country if it were at all possible.
To summarize, I am mostly free market capitalist, but am open to limited social programs. The main principle for me though is that our taxes are our money. Don't spend our money on things that make you feel good or go toward your own goals or ideologies. Spend your own money on that. That's one of main concerns about liberals is they want to spend other people's money on the things that make them feel like good people.
Also, I do not believe humans are inherently good. I mention that because it is a factor in how I view this topic.
Serve returned 😁😁
I'm guessing TeamGreen sits on his phone waiting for the next Trump or Musk social media post. So brainwashed by the right. Reminds me of one of my uncles who sits in front of his TV watching MSNBC 8 hours a day, brainwashed by the other side. This is our problem as human beings... pick a side and double and triple down on it, blind to anything else.

That is a great response, and thank you. There is a lot to unpack but let me touch on the free market. Many of my friends are hardcore libertarians and love them some free market and no government. But the argument I like to present is discussing the value of an EPA or FDA.. Should the market decide not to support a company's services or products after a lake is polluted or people are sick or dead?

on this, we are 100% aligned.
And I'm guessing once you slide your empty food tray back under the door, for your mom to pick up, you get back online and troll your ignorant bullshit.
I guess someone was worried about me…?
No worries…
I’m good. Always have been. Make a few fun Carbon parts or a whacky ballistic panel or …you know…”stuff”…a few days a week…
And those of you that know me, know that I stay busy, hell, I even ride a little now and then. Sometimes I just load up the dog and explore the Sierras or the Dez or Baja or whatever…with or without the bike…maybe take the eMTB.
Sometimes, I take a nap or order a pizza. Doesn’t really matter. Ya know?
Milo's a good lookin' boy.
I'll be heading over to our cabin early tomorrow morning.
No doubt Ollie will want to go for a long hike.
It's all about them.
As you know.
You're welcome and thank you for the compliment!
I do think there is room for discussion on laws in the market, so I would say I am certainly not a libertarian free market proponent. The great difficulty lies in how to use the least, but most effective, laws.
The problem I have with the EPA or FDA is that their regulations and guidelines are created by unelected bureaucrats. I prefer having laws, not regulations, that are enacted by our elected representatives, but as minimal government interference with the market as possible.
One could consider democracy as a free market of politics I suppose. I'm sure I heard that somewhere so I don't claim it as my original thought 😁
That’s a clean CRF! Did you fab those end caps and, can you make a silencer/tube?
THAT is just damn funny right there....

Team Green posts alot. He seems to think he knows a lot. Seems to be the smartest guy in the room. Why is he wasting his time posting all his knowledge in a motocross forum of all places? He will look back in a few years and be embarrassed how much time he spent typing away on his phone in support of people who could care less about him.
