The only thing HRC would offer Vince Friese is the opportunity to meet up in a dark alley somewhere so someone they discretely hired could beat the shit out of him.

Why dont they just ask Dean Wilson? Hes been riding a Honda for them for a couple of years now, at least until Ferrandis (Forgot he was even riding Supercross or that he was hurt) returns in a few weeks.

Has Dean Wilson ever even led a 450 Supercross main?

Some of those Honda guys say more than their prayers.

I'm almost positive he almost won A1 in the mud one year, too. I'm pretty sure it was the year he showed up on his own bike with Andy as his mechanic, and that lead to his Husky ride..

The bounty thing should disqualify him from ever being considered even if you're 100% fine with everything he's ever done on the track.

I just asked the head of Honda's racing program, he said they haven't offered anything to anyone.

They have some options and will possibly field someone in a few weeks but no rush on their end.

I actually joked with him about a few options yesterday but reached out again to double check this Vince thing. He said no.

As someone with a passion for journalism, thank you for genuine journalism bro.

Thanks for this ML.  Can you find out whether they have to field someone as part of their contractual obligations to Progressive?

They don’t have to, team’s discretion.

I did talk to Kawasaki's head of racing about tires for a while at Glendale.

Thanks ML for checking around. I gotta say, pretty disappointing to hear that the focus is a 300 and an 85. I’m sure there’s more, but there’s a huge desire for a KX125 and KX250. Thanks man 👍

The 300 would be a model that can have a heavy off-road focus as well.

For the general consumer, how many just have ti have a 250 instead of a 300?

125 wise, the sales numbers are so tiny to justify building a new model.

The 300 has the highest chance of success in terms of units sold and if it does well, maybe someone in product planning can convince them for the budget to do a 250 or 125.
