That’s kind of a bummer, I had a lot of hope for this new bike. I was hoping we would get a couple more HP and a frame that stayed predictable while carving a bit better. Guess I wanted too much lol.
Keep us updated once you get that suspension back and put some time on it. Glad you chose a new bike instead of a mower.
Are you running the .51 springs in both forks or just one?..and whats your fort tube height?..and finally, are you riding the 23 model or the newer 24/25?
I am running .51 springs in both forks at the first line top of triple clamp. I have a 2019 kx450.
I had a 19 KX450.
I had Procircuit revalve and linkage, Procircuit full exhaust, Twin air powerflow air cleaner, Tokyo Mods remap, Torque drive clutch pack, added a tooth to the rear sprocket and ran the rear wheel farther back. It cornered better than my 16 Procircuit KX450F but not as well as I expected. I added Luxon clamps and it got a good bit betterbbut not nearly as good as my 12 RMZ450.
I moved to a 21 KTM 350sx-f with REP 6500, linkage and shock along with Luxon clamps. It cornered better than the Kawasaki.
I've just moved to a 2025 CRF450RWE.
It's the best handling bike I've ever had. Corners as well as the Suzuki and as stable as the KTM and Kawasaki.

Damn you had to go ahead and bring the CRF 450WE into it LOL.. THAT'S REALLY THE BIKE I WANTED EVER SINCE THE 25S CAME OUT A FEW MONTHS AGO..LOL .But then again I don't know I ain't got no real time on my KX I've got pro circuit ported head full exhaust pro circuit remat pro circuit revive suspension front and back pro circuit link and knuckle right engineering 22 mm triple clamps and I ain't got the bike on the track yet just been sitting in my house for months.. so can't really say how the bike performs only had it in Cotton Fields a few times
